Flores Island, a unique, charming island with extraordinary natural beauty is known as one of the best coffee producers in Indonesia and even abroad. Information from the Directorate General of Plantations at the Ministry of Agriculture in 2014 noted that the area of coffee plantations in Flores is more than 72 thousand hectares and is planted with Robusta and Arabica coffee species which are spread from the western part of Flores to the eastern end.
