Job Description
Monitor, collect, and analyze production data to identify trends and patterns for improvement.
Participate in process improvement projects and prepare presentations for analysis findings.
Manage projects related to production optimization, including timeline and resource management.
Train production staff on best practices and new processes to improve overall efficiency.
Work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to discuss issues and improvement opportunities.
Prepare regular reports on production performance and communicate findings to the National Manager.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any major (a degree in Data Science is a plus).
Working experience +2 years as a Production Analyst.
Familiarity with production scheduling techniques and tools to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
Proficiency in statistical analysis techniques to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Experience with data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
